SECURITY POLICY:
We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.

After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.  

After your purchase, you should receive an automated e-mail that contains your sales receipt.

ORDERS AND SHIPMENT POLICIES

Order Processing and Cancellations
Orders are processed and shipped on the date the order is placed when placed within normal operating hours and stock is available. We are unable to accommodate cancellation requests due to how fast orders are processed by our products partner’s warehouse. Freight charges and a 15% restocking fee will be charged on refused deliveries

Products, Pricing, Price Changes and Errors
Every effort is made to maintain current, accurate pricing and product information. We reserve the right to limit quantities and update pricing, product specifications, or current policy without prior notice. Digital Bedrock is under no obligation to honor pricing errors. The manufacturer's warranty related to the products purchased by a Customer under this Agreement shall be the sole warranty available to the Customer with respect to these products. Not including the manufacturer's warranty, Digital Bedrock hereby disclaims all warranties, express or implied, with respect to these products, including, without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Shipment Terms
The recipient is solely responsible for the carton count on shipments; any damage or shortage must be noted on the delivery receipt and a claim must be filed with the carrier. Any Digital Bedrock shipping error must be reported within five (5) days of receipt. Claims made post-delivery will not be honored. All original cartons and packaging must be kept with the damaged product for carrier inspection. Any third party or collect shipments are the sole responsibility of the Customer. This includes carrier fees, shipping damage, refusals, loss, or theft.

Returns, Losses and Damages
If you would like to return an item for any reason, please e-mail us at sales@digitalbedrock.com or call us at 888-938-7386, Ext. 1. Digital Bedrock does not take responsibility for lost or stolen items, and we reserve the right to fully assess damaged items in order to determine the cause or origin. If you believe an item was damaged in transit, please provide photos, along with relevant details and/or documentation. 

Once Digital Bedrock has had the chance to fully determine the cause of damage or loss, we will be in contact with you regarding whether or not we can provide a replacement. All Digital Bedrock orders that are returned to us unopened and in good condition will be refunded in full.
